As the founder of Harbor Momentum, Laura leads with both vision and purpose. Her commitment to supporting families and preventing unnecessary separation has shaped the organization's mission and direction from the very beginning. Laura brings a strong focus on community collaboration, program development, and long-term impact. Her leadership ensures that every initiative not only meets immediate needs but also creates lasting support systems for families and children.

Brittany is passionate about creating meaningful support systems that help families feel connected, supported, and empowered. With a strong focus and heart on community outreach and program development, she plays a key role in organizing programs, events, and partnerships that bring Harbor Momentum's mission to life. Her heart for service and attention to detail help ensure that every family served experiences both encouragement and practical support in a welcoming and uplifting environment.

Brenda serves as Secretary of Harbor Momentum, where she combines her professional background in Human Resource Management with a deeply personal connection to the organization's mission. She brings strong organizational leadership and dedication to her role.

Due to childhood trauma, Brenda has experienced the pain of family and sibling separation firsthand, an experience that continues to drive her passion for supporting families and strengthening sibling connections. When her sister, Laura, founded Harbor Momentum, Brenda proudly stepped into this leadership role to help build and support its vision.

She is a mother of four and grandmother of nine, and she is committed to ensuring that families have the opportunity to stay connected, supported, and empowered.

Shelby joined the Harbor Momentum Board of Directors in 2025 as our Treasurer and Bookkeeper. She brings valuable bookkeeping experience across a variety of business settings, along with a strong passion for organization and accuracy. Her attention to detail helps ensure the organization's financial operations remain precise, transparent, and well-managed.

Shelby has a long-standing commitment to serving others, with a strong volunteer background developed during her time at Laurel Highlands High School & Penn State University. She is deeply connected to her community and is passionate about giving back in meaningful ways.

In addition to her financial role, Shelby draws on her marketing and social media experience to support Harbor Momentum's outreach efforts. She plays an active role in increasing engagement, organizing community drives, and helping expand support for the families we serve.

Larkyn serves as a Board Member of Harbor Momentum and is committed to supporting the organization's mission of strengthening families and maintaining meaningful connections. As part of the board, Larkyn contributes to the growth and development of programs that provide support, resources, and hope to those in need.

Through a shared passion for community impact, Larkyn works alongside fellow Board Members to help further the vision and reach of Harbor Momentum.

Natalie serves as a Board Member of Harbor Momentum and is dedicated to advancing the organization's mission of supporting and empowering families. She brings a collaborative spirit to the board, helping guide initiatives that create meaningful impact within the community.
