Respite Days

Giving caregivers a moment to breathe, because every caregiver deserves support

Harbor Momentum's Respite Days provide safe, fun, and supportive environments where children can enjoy activities while caregivers take time to rest, recharge, or tend to personal needs.

Caring for children, especially those who have experienced trauma or family transitions, can be both rewarding and challenging. Our respite program is designed to offer families a break while ensuring children are cared for in a positive and engaging environment.
