Harbor Momentum's Respite Days provide a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children can enjoy activities while caregivers take time to rest, recharge, or tend to personal needs.
Caring for children, especially those who have experienced trauma or family transitions, can be both rewarding and challenging. Our respite program is designed to offer families a break while ensuring children are cared for in a positive and engaging environment.

If you would like your child or children to participate in an upcoming Respite Day, please complete the registration form below.
If you are interested in having your child(ren) attend Harbor Momentum's Respite Days, registration is required for all children who are attending. Space may be limited depending on the event.
