Our Mission and Vision

Harbor Momentum exists to support families through meaningful resources and encouragement.


We believe families deserve support before separation happens-and hope for reunification when separation has already occurred.


Our goal is to create spaces, programs, and opportunities that help families remain connected, strengthened, and suppported.
